• Sharing accounts or credentials is prohibited unless expressly authorized.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, inactive, or in violation of these Terms.

HomeServiceExperts.com provides home service estimate, project intake, AI-assisted review, provider matching, provider account, and lead-routing tools.

• Homeowner project intake and estimate requests
• Photo-based project review where supported
• AI-assisted estimate summaries and informational price ranges
• Provider signup, approval, and account management
• ZIP-code-based service area matching
• Provider lead routing and exclusive lead opportunities
• Provider lead balance, deposits, charges, credits, and dispute workflows
• Support for multiple home service categories, including decks, flooring, painting, junk removal, tree service, fencing, roofing, concrete, and related services

Estimates, price ranges, project summaries, and AI-generated outputs provided through the platform are informational only and do not constitute binding final quotes.

• Actual pricing may vary after provider review or on-site inspection.
• Estimates depend on the photos, notes, location, service type, and details you provide.
• Hidden conditions, missing information, access issues, materials, project size, labor requirements, disposal costs, permits, or provider-specific pricing may affect final cost.
• We do not guarantee estimate accuracy, provider pricing, provider availability, scheduling, or project completion.
• Final pricing, scheduling, contract terms, and service performance are determined by the provider unless otherwise stated in writing.

We may connect homeowners with independent local service providers.

• Providers are independent businesses and are not our employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers.
• We do not guarantee provider licensing, insurance, quality, availability, pricing, workmanship, or performance.
• Providers are responsible for their own estimates, quotes, contracts, scheduling, communications, services, warranties, licenses, insurance, taxes, and compliance obligations.
• Disputes between homeowners and providers regarding service work, pricing, scheduling, property damage, or performance must be resolved directly between the homeowner and provider.
• We may remove, suspend, or restrict providers from the platform at our discretion.

• You grant us permission to process uploaded photos, text, project details, and related content for estimate generation, AI-assisted review, provider matching, support, fraud prevention, and platform operations.
• You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload submitted content.
• You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, misleading, unrelated, private, sensitive, or infringing content.
• Photos and project details may be shared with participating providers when needed to evaluate, price, schedule, or respond to a request.
• You understand that uploaded photos may show personal property, addresses, rooms, yards, vehicles, people, or identifiable environments, and you should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information.

• Provider signup does not guarantee approval, activation, lead delivery, or continued access.
• We may review, approve, reject, suspend, deactivate, or mark provider signups as spam at our discretion.
• Providers must provide accurate business information, contact information, service categories, and service area coverage.
• Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate ZIP codes, service areas, lead preferences, contact information, and account details.
• Providers are responsible for complying with applicable laws, licensing, insurance, consumer protection rules, advertising rules, tax obligations, and industry requirements.

• Lead routing may depend on ZIP code, service category, provider availability, provider service area coverage, job type, account status, balance, pricing configuration, and platform rules.
• Some requests may be routed exclusively to a single eligible provider when matching criteria are satisfied.
• Other requests may be routed differently depending on market coverage, provider eligibility, or platform configuration.
• We reserve the right to determine how leads are distributed, prioritized, priced, filtered, reviewed, rejected, or withheld.
• We do not guarantee lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, exclusivity availability, booking results, revenue, profitability, or customer responsiveness.
• A lead is an opportunity based on submitted information. It is not a guaranteed job, sale, appointment, contract, or payment.

• Providers may be required to maintain a prepaid lead balance before receiving paid leads.
• Provider deposits may be processed through Stripe or another payment processor.
• Provider deposits are credited to an internal lead balance after payment confirmation.
• Lead charges may be deducted from the provider’s available balance when a paid lead is matched or delivered.
• Lead pricing may vary by site, provider type, service type, ZIP code, delivery type, market, or platform configuration.
• We may change lead prices, deposit minimums, balance thresholds, payment methods, and billing rules at any time.
• Provider balances are not bank accounts, stored-value accounts, gift cards, or interest-bearing accounts.
• Provider deposits and credits may be used only for platform-related lead purchases, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment processor fees, chargebacks, failed payments, disputed payments, and fraud reviews may affect account access or balance availability.

• Providers may request review of certain leads within the applicable dispute window shown in the provider account or platform settings.
• Dispute eligibility, refund eligibility, review timing, and credit decisions are determined by platform rules and our discretion.
• Submitting a dispute does not guarantee a refund, credit, replacement lead, or charge reversal.
• We may deny disputes involving delayed follow-up, provider service-area errors, provider account errors, incomplete provider profiles, customer non-response, pricing objections, or normal sales risk.
• Approved credits may be applied to the provider’s internal lead balance rather than refunded to the original payment method.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension, negative balance, restricted access, or collection of amounts owed.

• Submitting fake, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or duplicate estimate requests.
• Uploading unrelated, illegal, harmful, private, sensitive, infringing, or fraudulent images or content.
• Attempting to abuse, overload, scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform.
• Using bots, scripts, automation, or deceptive behavior to generate fake leads, fake accounts, or spam submissions.
• Reselling platform access, leads, data, or provider information without written permission.
• Using customer information except to respond to legitimate leads received through the platform.
• Contacting users in a misleading, harassing, unlawful, or non-compliant manner.
• Violating consumer protection, privacy, advertising, telemarketing, licensing, or spam laws.

• We may review, reject, block, label, or remove signups, requests, messages, or accounts that appear to be spam, fraud, abuse, or low-quality submissions.
• We may use automated and manual review tools to detect suspicious activity.
• We may retain certain spam, fraud, security, or abuse-prevention records to protect the platform and prevent repeat abuse.
• We may deny access, deactivate accounts, restrict lead delivery, or block submissions without notice when needed to protect users, providers, or the platform.

• HomeServiceExperts.com, the platform, software, designs, workflows, content, branding, estimate logic, data structures, and related technology are owned by us or our licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from the platform without written permission.
• You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us the rights needed to operate, process, analyze, route, support, and improve the platform.
• Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ESTIMATES, PROVIDER MATCHES, AVAILABILITY, LEAD ROUTING, EXCLUSIVITY, LEAD VOLUME, LEAD QUALITY, CUSTOMER CONTACT, BOOKINGS, REVENUE, OR JOB REQUESTS WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT. AI-ASSISTED ESTIMATES ARE INFORMATIONAL ONLY AND MAY DIFFER FROM FINAL PROVIDER PRICING. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LEADS, CUSTOMERS, BOOKINGS, OR EXPECTED SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the service, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your interactions with homeowners or providers, your services, your provider business, or your misuse of leads or customer information.

• You may stop using the service at any time.
• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the service, fail to pay amounts owed, submit spam, provide false information, abuse leads, or harm the platform or its users.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
• After termination, we may retain or delete data according to our Privacy Policy and retention practices.
• Certain provisions, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, privacy, and dispute-related provisions, survive termination.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information, including estimate requests, uploaded photos, provider account information, billing records, and platform usage data. By using the service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we make changes. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice, such as a banner, email, or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
